AI Operations Specialist

At Supio, we are seeking an experienced AI Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our AI systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing their performance. You will work closely with our data science and engineering teams to identify and address any issues that arise, and to continuously improve our AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain the health and performance of our AI models and infrastructure - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, model deployment, and system integration - Optimize model performance and efficiency through fine-tuning and other optimization techniques - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to our AI workflows and processes - Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML tools, technologies, and best practices, and share your knowledge with the team - Contribute to the development and implementation of AI governance policies and procedures Required Skills and Experience: - 3+ years of experience in AI/ML operations or a related field - Strong technical skills in areas such as cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and software development - Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes) - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
