About Inkorporated
Inkorporated is a specialized institutional research support partner serving global brokerages, asset managers, and Tier-1 investment banks. For two decades, we have operated as the critical "in-seat" risk mitigation layer between Analyst drafts and final publication. Through our integrated pods of specialized financial editors and technical DTP experts, we clear the publication queue for our brokerage clients. We are seeking a fully licensed Supervisory Analyst to join our Mumbai team, acting as the gatekeeper and sign-off authority for our global sell-side clients.
The Role
This is a high-impact, on-site role in our Mumbai office. As a Supervisory Analyst at Inkorporated, you will be the final line of defense for equity and fixed-income research reports before they hit the market. You understand the intense pressure of earnings seasons across global time zones. You will partner directly with research analysts at top-tier brokerages, utilizing your deep understanding of financial compliance to review, approve, and seamlessly publish complex financial documents.
Core Responsibilities
- Regulatory Sign-Off: Review and approve global equity and fixed-income research reports, ensuring strict adherence to FINRA, SFC, and internal brokerage compliance guidelines.
- Risk Mitigation: Scrutinize documents for valuation logic, thesis consistency, and strictly eliminate "promissory language" or regulatory red flags prior to publication.
- Client Collaboration: Work directly with lead analysts at our partner brokerages to provide constructive, actionable feedback that resolves tone and compliance issues without compromising their research thesis.
- Workflow Management: Operate efficiently within industry-standard publishing platforms to ensure smooth, error-free compilation and publication during high-volume periods (e.g., earnings season).
- Team Mentorship: Guide and train Inkorporated’s internal editorial pods, upskilling them on evolving compliance standards so they can effectively pre-screen documents before they reach your queue.
Required Qualifications
- Licensing (Strictly Required): Active FINRA Series 16 (Supervisory Analyst) certification.
- Experience (Strictly Required): Proven, direct experience working as a Supervisory Analyst within a brokerage, investment bank, or dedicated financial research firm.
- Financial Literacy: Deep expertise in financial markets, equity/fixed-income research methodologies, and valuation logic.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with institutional CMS and publishing platforms.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the diplomatic ability to push back on Senior Analysts when compliance or structural issues arise.
- Under-Pressure Execution: Demonstrated ability to meet uncompromising, tight deadlines in a fast-paced, plug-and-play environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
