Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Supervisor/Project Manager specializing in bank branch interiors. The role involves overseeing construction and design projects, managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, leading a team of contractors and workers, and ensuring quality control. Additionally, the Supervisor/Project Manager will monitor project progress, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure compliance with client specifications and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Project Planning and Management, Time Management, and Resource Allocation skills
- Experience in Interior Design, Space Management, and Renovation Projects related to Banking industry
- Proficiency in Project Documentation and Scheduling
- Strong Leadership, Team Coordination, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in construction projects
- Proficiency in construction software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS excel)
- Previous experience in handling bank branch interiors is mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience
