Supervisor – 2 Openings
Job Description:
- Supervise daily shop floor / operational activities
- Monitor manpower attendance and shift allocation
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved
- Coordinate with management and workers for smooth operations
- Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping at the workplace
- Prepare daily reports and update work status
Requirements:
- Any Degree / Diploma
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/operations supervision
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
