Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for the position of Supervisor. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage and coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring productivity, ensuring quality control, addressing operational issues, and collaborating with other departments to meet project deadlines. The Supervisor will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and staff training and development.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, along with experience in machinery operations
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making, with attention to detail in quality control processes
- Familiarity with safety regulations, operational compliance, and process optimization
- Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Flexibility and willingness to work on-site in Gurugram
