Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Supervisor role located in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the steel stockyard, including inventory management, order processing, dispatch coordination, and on-site team supervision. This role involves ensuring the efficient loading and delivery of materials, monitoring safety protocols, and maintaining compliance with quality standards. The Supervisor will work closely with team members to troubleshoot challenges, ensure optimal workflow, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to support operational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management, order processing, and warehouse coordination
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and inventory management tools
- Prior experience in the steel/trading or construction materials industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Nagpur
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, or a related field is preferred
