Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Goa, India. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety and service standards, coordinating with team members, and maintaining an efficient workflow. This role includes supervising ground staff, addressing operational challenges, and providing solutions to meet organizational goals. The Supervisor will also ensure compliance with company policies, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall operational excellence of the site.
Qualifications
- Stakeholder Management, Problem-solving, and Team Coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, operational standards, and compliance requirements in aviation
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving performance goals
- Effective communication, decision-making, and time management skills
- Experience in customer service operations and conflict resolution is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the aviation industry preferred
