Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Supervisor role based in Panvel. The Supervisor will manage installation projects, coordinate with teams, oversee the assembly and installation of Invisible Grills and related safety solutions, and ensure adherence to timeframes and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring site operations, liaising with clients and contractors for project requirements, maintaining safety protocols, and managing teams to ensure professional and timely service delivery.
Qualifications
- Project coordination, team management, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of installation processes and familiarity with safety protocols for on-site projects.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills to manage requirements and expectations.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for maintaining quality standards.
- Basic knowledge of construction, fabrication, and design is an advantage.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting practices.
- Previous experience in supervisory roles, preferably in safety solutions or related industries.
