Supervisor – Furniture Manufacturing*
Location
Delhi (In-office, 6 days a week)
CTC:
₹2.2 – ₹3 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at our furniture unit. The role involves coordinating between clients and craftsmen, ensuring smooth execution of projects, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the workshop, ensuring clear understanding of requirements
- Ensure that designs, dimensions, and finishes are executed as per client expectations
- Supervise ongoing work on the floor and monitor progress regularly
- Coordinate with craftsmen to resolve any issues or confusion in execution
- Maintain quality control and ensure timely completion of orders
- Assist in planning daily tasks and workflow for the team
- Keep basic records of work progress and order status
Requirements
- Basic understanding of furniture, materials, or willingness to learn
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Ability to manage and coordinate with craftsmen
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
