Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Supervisor to join our team in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Supervisor will oversee daily facility operations, manage a team of staff, coordinate maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include resource allocation, monitoring progress of projects, troubleshooting operational challenges, providing reports to management, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage workflows, and deliver results efficiently.
- Operational and Maintenance Knowledge: Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and supervising facility operations and maintenance tasks.
- Compliance and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, team collaboration, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with facility management software and modern technologies used in maintenance and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in facilities management, property management, or a related field is advantageous.
