Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Jaipur. As a Supervisor, you will oversee and manage daily construction activities to ensure timely execution of projects. Responsibilities include supervising work crews, coordinating with project managers, maintaining project timelines, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring resource allocation, and resolving on-site issues. Effective team leadership and communication with multiple stakeholders will be critical to achieving project goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in site management, team supervision, and scheduling tasks
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction
- Proficiency in project management tools and ability to monitor progress against milestones
- Skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to coordinate with different stakeholders
- Basic understanding of construction materials and techniques
- Previous experience in public infrastructure projects is an added advantage
