Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Supervisor for an on-site role at our location in Gorakhpur. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth running of activities, manage a team effectively, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include coordinating product inventory, supervising sales goals, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and address customer needs.
• Organizational and time management skills to coordinate daily operations efficiently.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and inventory management practices.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle operational challenges.
• Proficiency in using office tools such as Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or sales-related role is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
