Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Supervisor at Godrej Properties Limited. The Supervisor will oversee daily construction site operations, ensure project timelines and quality standards are met, and coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include monitoring safety compliance, maintaining project schedules, and addressing any operational challenges promptly to ensure smooth execution. The role also involves documentation, resource management, and adherence to established protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
- Leadership, team management, and the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively
- Project coordination and problem-solving skills to manage day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to timelines
- Technical expertise in construction processes, safety regulations, and project management
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in relevant project management and tracking tools
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in real estate construction or similar industries is highly desirable
