Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position is based on-site in our Udaipur location. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining operational standards. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues to ensure smooth functioning of the establishment.
Qualifications
- Team management, leadership, and staff supervision skills
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Operational expertise in hospitality, including maintaining service and quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic administrative tasks
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage
