Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and proactive
Supervisor to manage site/workshop operations and oversee technicians and workers. The role involves coordinating daily activities, monitoring work progress, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Candidates with hands-on technical exposure and leadership ability will be preferred.
Qualification
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and supervisory potential may also apply
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site or workshop activities
- Manage and coordinate technicians and workers for smooth operations
- Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed within timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and quality standards
- Support installation, maintenance, and technical activities as required
- Prepare and submit daily work progress reports to the senior team
- Ensure proper use and handling of tools, materials, and equipment
Skills Requirements
- Basic technical knowledge with supervisory capability
- Ability to manage manpower and allocate tasks efficiently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong focus on safety, discipline, and responsibility
- Willingness to work on-site
