Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Supervisor role based in New Delhi. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality standards are met, and manage team activities to maintain productivity and compliance. Responsibilities include supervising workflows, addressing operational challenges, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Team leadership, personnel supervision, and operational management skills
- Knowledge of quality control processes and regulatory compliance standards in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries
- Problem-solving, organizational, and workflow coordination abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software tools
- Experience in manufacturing operations is a plus
