Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Supervisor role based in Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensure work schedules are met, and monitor staff performance to maintain optimal efficiency. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing workflow, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless production processes. The Supervisor will also contribute to the implementation of process improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in production operations, workflow management, and team supervision
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site setting
- Relevant experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
