Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Supervisor role based in Nagpur. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage and guide staff, ensure production targets are met, and maintain product quality standards. They will be responsible for monitoring processes, maintaining safety protocols, coordinating workflow, and troubleshooting operational challenges as they arise. The role demands an active collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the facility.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management, leadership, and staff supervision
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage production schedules
- Understanding of safety guidelines and compliance with industry standards
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of quality control processes and product standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a related industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in management or manufacturing processes are advantageous
