About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supervisor to lead and motivate a high-performing team in our US-based Energy Voice Process. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless daily operations, drive sales performance, and consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Make calls(Out Bound/On-Call), lead, coach, and mentor a team managing the US Energy B2C Voice Process.
* Oversee daily operations with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
* Ensure consistent delivery of daily and monthly targets(sales and conversion) to maintain client satisfaction and revenue.
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Analyze performance metrics, track progress, and implement improvement strategies.
* Foster a positive, performance-oriented team culture.
Requirements
* 4years of experience in a US Energy Voice Process or Telecom Voice Process (BPO/KPO).
* Proven success in team leadership, performance management, and target achievement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-handling, customer-convincing and sales pitch techniques in English.
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and motivational abilities.
* Flexibility to work in US shifts.
