Job Title: Supervising Producer
Role Overview
The Supervising Producer will oversee the entire production lifecycle, ensuring creative vision, timelines, and budgets are effectively managed. This role involves leading teams, supervising multiple projects, and ensuring high-quality execution from concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Creative Oversight
- Oversee the development of concepts, scripts, and overall creative direction
- Ensure alignment with brand objectives and content strategy
- Review and approve key creative elements at every stage
2. Pre-Production Leadership
- Supervise planning, budgeting, and scheduling of projects
- Guide casting decisions, location finalization, and resource allocation
- Ensure all pre-production requirements are in place before shoots
3. Production Supervision
- Lead and oversee the entire production team, working closely with Directors and key stakeholders
- Ensure shoots are executed as per plan, timelines, and budget
- Monitor on-set operations and resolve high-level challenges
4. Post-Production Management
- Supervise editing, content flow, and final output quality
- Provide feedback on cuts, music, graphics, and overall storytelling
- Ensure timely delivery of final content as per project requirements
5. Team & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate between clients, internal teams, and external vendors
- Manage and mentor junior producers and production staff
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow across departments
6. Budget & Administrative Oversight
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost control throughout the project
- Approve production-related expenses and vendor contracts
- Ensure all documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are met
