Product Manager - Customer Experience

Who are we looking for?

You are a first-principles product thinker who understands user journeys and is excited to improve the post-purchase experience through technology. You have a strong pulse on customer behavior, CX, and operational excellence, and have likely worked in B2C e-commerce environments.

• Able to analyze user behavior, postulate theories, run experiments, and iterate rapidly.
• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably within e-commerce or retail tech.
