- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard freelancers through calls and other communication channels
- Explain platform opportunities and convince freelancers to join
- Follow up with leads and convert them into active partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers
- Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets
- Maintain lead records and update follow-up status
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Handle freelancer queries and provide timely support
