Principal Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with over 7 years of experience and a proven track record of success in product companies. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in both Python and React, along with a strong background in full-stack development. This individual will play a key role in architecting and implementing our AI-powered platform for healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Python and React.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and architecture to implementation and testing.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer in product companies, with a focus on Python and React development.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, with in-depth knowledge of Django or Flask frameworks.
• Extensive experience with React.js and building modern, single-page web applications.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
