Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Lead with a strong technical background and leadership capabilities to build, guide, and manage a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will make key technological decisions to deliver scalable, AI-driven products, and have a passion for building world-class solutions at speed, with a focus on efficiency and global market leverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
• Technical Decision-Making: Own and drive technical decisions related to frontend architecture, frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Scalable Product Development: Build and guide the development of highly scalable and performant products with AI-driven features.
• Product Efficiency & Speed: Ensure timely delivery of projects by adopting the best development practices, optimizing code quality, and maximizing productivity.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Provide deep technical insight, applying logical development and analytics to ensure efficient and sustainable product growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure a cohesive development process.
• Code Review & Best Practices: Ensure the team follows best practices for code quality, security, and performance, through regular code reviews and mentorship.
• Global Market Leverage: Focus on creating products that meet global standards and can be seamlessly adapted for the international market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in frontend development with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-performance web applications.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Expertise in modern frontend technologies: React, Angular is must, Vue.js, next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with AI technologies: Familiarity with AI/ML models and how to integrate them into frontend applications is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong analytical and logical development skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Passion for building fast, efficient products that can scale to meet global market needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to make sound technological decisions under pressure.
• Experience in cloud services like AWS, or Google Cloud for product deployment.
• Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.) is an added advantage.
