GenAI Consulting Principal

We're seeking a Sr. Manager/Principal to join our fast-growing AI Consulting team—a unique mix of ex-MBB consultants, AI engineers, and creative leaders. You'll lead end-to-end projects across the full customer lifecycle, helping enterprise clients define AI strategies, implement custom tooling, and upskill their teams. We're already partnering with Fortune 500s, Cannes Lion–winning agencies, and Big4 firms to transform their creative capabilities—and you'll be key to accelerating our momentum as the go-to AI advisory for marketing and creative organizations. What You'll Do: Advise our clients on the implementation of AI into their workflows, owning the client relationship from sale to delivery; Leading multiple simultaneous projects with 2-3 people-strong consulting teams, ensuring a great client and team experience; Analyze our client's existing marketing creative workflows for the impact of GenAI, prioritizing use cases, aligning with key stakeholders, and managing the tech transformation; Developing our client base, including the preparation of letter of proposal and leading exploratory calls with existing and new clients; Partner with our clients on an ongoing basis, building trust through AI-driven creative delivery to increase their business value, and collaborate with creative services teams and dedicated account teams to successfully grow and develop our clients; Support in strategically shaping our AI Consulting department by proactively developing our product offering and supporting our (jr.) team members in their professional development; Actively problem-solve on your projects and accounts, contributing to making Superside even better. What You'll Need To Succeed: 6+ years of experience in a transformational leadership role in a leading creative agency/big tech, with at least 2+ years in a project management/team leadership role; High level of knowledge and craft in generative AI to provide top-notch design and direction; Experience in (creative) transformations with a focus on generative AI systems; Ability to quickly learn processes and multi-task projects with great detail; Experience in implementing and managing generative AI systems in a creative context; Ability to quickly learn processes and multi-task projects with great detail; A passion for generative AI and programmatic creation; Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; Bias for action, proactive, customer-centric, and execution-driven mindset; MA/M.Sc. or higher in relevant fields incl. Design, Creative, Business, Technology; MBA beneficial but not required.
