Your duties will include: First Level support for IT and report IT issues to ensure a quick resolution. Identify hardware and software incidents and work with IT teams to resolve them. Having a knowledge base to better facilitate users can serve as self-service. Documenting troubleshooting processes to improve support efficiency. This is a fit for candidates who solve problems and help users — we will get you trained on technical issues. IT Operations Associate The IT Operations Associate's position will be suitable for someone with IT environment expertise. Responsibilities include: To manage IT environments in accordance with SOPs and runbooks. Monitor compliance with security procedures and customer policies. Monitoring and maintaining production servers, applications, and cron jobs. Proactively identify and remove operational bottlenecks.
