University Relations and Campus Engagement Manager

As the University Relations and Campus Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with top universities across India. Your primary focus will be to drive university partnerships, manage campus recruitment activities, and foster a strong talent pipeline for Superset. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and execute university engagement initiatives to establish Superset as the preferred campus recruiting platform - Identify and onboard leading universities across India to the Superset platform - Coordinate campus placement drives, career fairs, and other recruitment activities for Superset's client companies - Liaise with university placement cells, student communities, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide customized solutions - Develop and nurture long-term relationships with university leadership, placement teams, and student communities - Gather and analyze insights on campus hiring trends, student preferences, and recruitment challenges to enhance Superset's offerings - Contribute to the overall growth and expansion of Superset's university network and campus presence
