About SuperReply AI
SuperReply AI powers "AI Agents as a Service" for marketing agencies across the US. Our AI agents engage leads in real time across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, and TikTok — qualifying them and booking calls directly on the client's calendar.
In the last 3 months, 23 US marketing agencies started selling this service using SuperReply. Most are adding $10K–$15K/month in new revenue from it. Demand is moving faster than we can service in-house, which is why we're opening up our Partner Network.
The Role
We're looking for experienced GoHighLevel setup experts to join our Partner Network as independent implementation partners.
You will not be an employee. You'll be an independent contractor who receives a consistent flow of pre-sold US clients from us, and delivers the technical setup that gets their AI agent live.
How it works:
- SuperReply closes the agency or end client on the "AI Agents as a Service" offer
- We route the client directly to you for implementation
- You set your own commercial terms with the client — SuperReply does not take a cut of your setup fee
- You complete the setup, hand off to the client, and move on to the next one
At standard GHL setup rates, our partners are earning $2K–3K/month across 2–3 setups per week - without spending a minute on prospecting.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new SuperReplyAI clients (primarily US marketing agencies and their end customers) onto the platform
- Connect SuperReply to the client's GoHighLevel account and configure the AI agent for their business context
- Set up lead channels: Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, SMS, and TikTok DM routing
- Configure qualification logic, conversation flow, and calendar booking integrations
- Test the full lead-to-booked-call flow end-to-end before handoff
- Deliver a clean handoff with short training for the client's team
- Coordinate with the SuperReply team on any edge cases or technical escalations
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 1+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel setup experience
- Verifiable reputation in the GHL ecosystem (active in GHL Facebook groups, Closebot community, Skool, YouTube, or similar)
- Comfortable with GHL workflows, webhooks, custom fields, and third-party integrations
- Track record of clean client handoffs and professional communication
- US-based or reliable US-timezone overlap (clients are US-based)
- Availability for 2–3 setup projects per week, consistently
Preferred:
- Prior experience with Conversation AI GHL or similar tools.
- Experience working with marketing agencies (not just direct businesses)
- Content presence in the GHL space (YouTube tutorials, community posts, case studies)
- Familiarity with Facebook Lead Ads and Meta Business Suite
- Experience with multi-location or SaaS-mode GHL setups

Requirements Before Going Live
All partners complete our SuperReply setup training before receiving client referrals. It takes a few hours and covers platform architecture, common setup patterns, qualification logic design, and troubleshooting. This is non-negotiable — it's what keeps quality consistent across the network and protects your reputation as well as ours.
