Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supermarket Store Manager located in Serilingampalli. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include monitoring store performance, implementing retail strategies, addressing customer concerns, and minimizing loss prevention risks. The Store Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for ensuring the smooth functioning of the store and achieving its performance goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers
- Proficiency in Store Management, including inventory management and staff supervision
- Knowledge in Retail Loss Prevention to safeguard store assets and prevent shrinkage
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities, along with attention to detail
- Previous experience in retail management is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage
