About the role

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Reach out to CXOs and decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and phone to introduce Superleap CRM and showcase its value.
  • Outbound Outreach: Make 70–100 daily cold calls, deliver virtual demos, and develop personalized outreach strategies to engage prospects.
  • CRM Management: Update CRM systems with accurate lead data, track interactions, and monitor follow-ups.
  • Collaboration: Work with Co-founders and Sales Head to schedule meetings, refine messaging, and optimize prospecting strategies.
  • Market Research & Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new sales opportunities to improve strategies.
