Software Test Engineer

Role SummaryAs a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, large-scale, multi-platform software products. This role involves close collaboration with software developers in a continuous integration environment. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in performing extensive manual testing (90%) and developing automated tests (10%) to ensure the reliability and functionality of our Superleap Sales CRM web application product. Your daily adventures will include Conduct comprehensive manual testing of UI, features, complex API of Superleap web as well as mobile application. Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for continuous integration. Collaborate with engineering teams to define testing requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Reproduce, debug, and isolate issues, ensuring fixes are verified. Develop software artifacts including test plans, test cases, test procedures, and test reports. Work across functional areas with internal engineering teams within an Agile framework. Estimate testing tasks and manage workload with minimal supervision, maintaining a strong team-oriented approach. Provide technical guidance and training to junior testing personnel. Engage in performance testing and analysis for web services architecture and back-end applications.
