About the role

Role Summary

The CRM Implementation Specialist is a strategic technical role responsible for the successful deployment and optimization of our Superleap CRM platform for enterprise clients. As the primary technical liaison between clients and our organization, you will leverage your engineering background and CRM expertise to translate complex business requirements into tailored technical solutions. This role combines technical acumen with client-facing skills to ensure seamless implementation, adoption, and ongoing success of our B2B SaaS platform.


You'll serve as the trusted technical advisor throughout the client journey, from initial consultation through implementation, training, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires both technical depth and exceptional communication skills to drive value realization and maintain strong client relationships across India.



Your daily adventures will include

  • Technical Implementation & Customization
  • Analyze client business processes and configure the Superleap CRM platform to meet specific technical requirements
  • Design and execute implementation plans with clear technical milestones and deliverables
  • Develop and implement custom solutions, integrations, and workflows to maximize platform value
  • Ensure data integrity during migration processes with proper validation and mapping strategies
  • Client Technical Consulting
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand client infrastructure, workflows, and integration points
  • Recommend optimal technical configurations based on industry best practices and client needs
  • Provide technical guidance on system architecture and integration approaches
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues during implementation
  • Training & Enablement
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs customized to different user roles
  • Create documentation and knowledge base materials for client technical teams
  • Enable client system administrators to perform basic maintenance and configuration updates
  • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting support during the adoption phase
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product development teams to communicate client technical requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering to resolve platform issues and implement enhancements
  • Report implementation metrics and insights to improve product roadmap planning
  • Participate in technical review sessions to continuously improve implementation methodologies



What do you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • 2-4 years of experience implementing B2B SaaS products, preferably CRM systems
  • Strong technical background with understanding of APIs, data structures, and system integration
  • Experience with cloud-based application delivery models and SaaS architecture
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel throughout India for on-site client engagements
  • Preferred: Experience with SQL, basic programming concepts, and data migration tools
  • Previous experience in technical consulting or solutions engineering roles
