Role Summary

As a key member of our content and social media team, you will play a crucial role in building our online presence and shaping our content strategy. You will be responsible for creating insightful and high-quality content that addresses pain points in the Sales CRM and SaaS industry, and curates exceptional material to achieve SEO ranking objectives. Additionally, you will manage and grow our social media channels, ensuring consistent engagement and brand reputation maintenance. Your efforts will significantly impact our brand's visibility and engagement across various platforms, driving organic growth and fostering a strong online community. This position is based at our headquarters in Koramangala, Bengaluru, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Your daily adventures will include -

• Social Media & Community:
  • Manage all social media channels, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Engage with followers and relevant posts to build a community and foster engagement.
  • Monitor trends and implement best practices to improve our social media strategy.

• Content Strategy:
  • Conduct in-depth research into the Sales CRM and SaaS industry, identifying pain points and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies that align with our SEO objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in SEO algorithms to ensure our content remains effective and competitive.

• Podcast Content Management:
  • Edit and optimise podcast content for various platforms to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the podcast team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
