</ul><div><strong>The Role: What You’ll Do</strong></div><div>As a Field Operations Specialist, you are the "boots on the ground" ensuring every project meets our company standard. Your day will be a mix of logistics, quality control, and customer relations.</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Field Leadership:</strong> Provide direction to install teams, confirm specifications are followed, and perform walkthroughs with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction.</li>
<li>
<strong>Logistics & Warehouse:</strong> Pick up and deliver materials and assist with warehouse.</li>
<li>
<strong>Hands-On Support:</strong> Make minor fence adjustments/repairs on-site and operate forklifts/machinery as needed.</li>
<li>
<strong>Growth:</strong> Develop deep expertise in industry standards, products, and proprietary processes.</li>
</ul><div><strong>What You Bring to the Team </strong></div><div><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Customer Service:</strong> Proven experience managing in-person customer interactions with a high level of professionalism.</li>
<li>
<strong>Physical Ability:</strong> Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors.</li>
<li>
<strong>Clean Record:</strong> Valid driver’s license, clean driving history, and ability to pass a background check/drug screening.</li>
<li>
<strong>Trailer Skills:</strong> Comfortable driving and maneuvering a trailer.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience in the fencing industry.</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish).</li>
<li>Forklift certification.</li>
<li>Strong tech/computer skills.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or related field.</li>
