We are seeking a hardworking, hands-on <strong>Fence Installer</strong> to assist in the daily installation of a variety of fence types and work as part of a high-quality team to complete projects safely and efficiently.<br><br>
</div><div>The ideal candidate has strong construction skills, takes pride in their work, and is a reliable team player who is comfortable working outdoors and communicating professionally with teammates and customers.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li>Assist in the installation of wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental fencing. Tasks include digging post holes, setting or driving posts, and assembling rails and pickets.</li>
<li>Work effectively within a crew of 2–4 members, following the direction of the Lead Installer to ensure high productivity and quality.</li>
<li>Safely operate power tools and equipment required for fence installation.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all materials are handled properly.</li>
<li>Follow all safety protocols and maintain professional communication with customers while on-site.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements</strong></div><ul>
<li>Proven experience in construction or a related physical labor field.</li>
<li>Must pass a background check and drug screening.</li>
<li>
<strong>Ability to lift 80+ lbs</strong> and work outdoors in all Minnesota weather conditions.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.</li>
