About the role: As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across departmentsincluding Product, Operations, IT, and Managementto understand their challenges, gather detailed requirements, and recommend data-driven solutions that improve processes, enhance user experiences, and support strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Define and drive business growth experiments within the organization and report the success around them. Analyse current business processes and gaps and define & execute revised processes according to business requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to identify, define, gather, and monitor key business requirements & metrics. Engage with internal stakeholders to present key metrics, share highlights, gather requirements, and ensure their expectations are met. Partner with and influence stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive requirement discussions with the business independently. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or Engineering from tier II colleges. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Company. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel , workable knowledge in SQL. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities ,attention to detail, data oriented. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong Bias for action, Ability to connect and drive work across the teams, High business acumen.
