About the role

Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future hiring needs. Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and shortlisting candidates. Schedule and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and qualifications. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process. Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience through regular communication and timely feedback. Act as a point of contact for candidates during the interview process and provide updates on their status. Key Skills and Competencies Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and job boards. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and candidates. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams. Time Management: Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking to assess candidates' skills and fit for roles. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales, marketing, or tech-based roles. Familiarity with bulk hiring and campus recruitment processes is a plus. Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and trends.
