Description
· Recruit and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support the hiring process in partnership with hiring managers
· Serve as the primary liaison with drug testing vendors, ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
· Help ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
· Ensure timely completion and accurate documentation of I-9 forms for all new hires, submit employee information to E-Verify as required, and maintain compliance with federal employment eligibility regulations.
· Promote Suntec's core principles to foster a collaborative and accountable work culture, encouraging an ESOP mindset that emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and long-term investment in the company.
Requirements
· 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
· Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
· Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g UKG)
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· High level of discretion and confidentiality
· Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish and English is required
