</div><div>Sunset Care Homes LLC is searching for two immediate hires for the <strong>7a-3p shifts</strong> and <strong><u>with alternating weekend shifts required</u></strong> for experienced Certified Nurse Aides. Nursing home or residential care home experience preferred. Our shifts are in Virginia Beach in a small home setting with a limited number of residents. At least one aide is in the house 24/7 to care for all needs.<br><br>

<li>Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.</li>
<li>Support the nursing staff with basic patient care tasks.</li>
<li>Monitor residents' health status and report any changes.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.</li>
<li>Follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols.</li>
<li>Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.</li>
<li>Document care provided accurately and timely.</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Nurse Aide or similar role in senior or healthcare settings.</li>
<li>Knowledge of geriatrics and post-acute care practices.</li>
<li>Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively within a team.</li>
<li>Certification as a Nurse Aide preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with medical-surgical and inpatient care is advantageous.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
