Position: US Accounting Executive Location: Manyata Tech Park - Bangalore, INDIA Experience: 1 years - 3 years Shift Timings: 6:00 pm to 3:00am (IST) with only 5 days working (Sat & Sun Fixed off) Kindly share your CV at careers@sunrisesys.com Job Description: Preferred Qualifications: Need to ensure accurate data in to the system Responsible for Timesheet entries in Quick Books as per defined schedule Responsible for first and second level follow up for all timesheets with consultants Responsible for approved timesheets in Quick Books Responsible for invoice processing in Time sheets Responsible for expenses entry in Quick Books Responsible for A/R apply in Quick Books Responsible all support activities including for A/R, A/P, invoicing Responsible for processing payroll entries in Quick Books Responsible to submit daily status reports on all assigned activities to team lead Meeting SLA on all the activities as defined by management General Skills: Should have excellent communication skills Should have experience working with US Shift Timings (6PM to 3AM) Experience working with US Staffing companies is a plus Experience in communicating with US Accent is a plus Should be able to deliver results under minimum supervision Qualification: Any Graduates - B.Com & M.Com preferred.
