POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Specialist II is responsible for delivering a customer onboarding experience that demonstrates coordination, effective communication, and attention to detail.  This role leads and supports implementations involving Treasury Management and/or national fintech solutions, working collaboratively across business lines to ensure successful delivery.

As part of these implementations, the Operations Specialist II partners closely with the Product Owner, providing support for project requirements, such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), organizational readiness, and documentation.  This collaboration ensures that new products and services are launched effectively and meet both customer and organizational needs. This is a remote position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead and coordinate onboarding and change requests for digital banking, treasury management online services, and/or fintech solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Product Owner to implement upgrades, refine intake processes, and support UAT and readiness activities.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of customer intake and product delivery workflows.
  • Execute the entire customer onboarding experience with digital banking, treasury management, and fintech services.
  • Partner with sales, traction teams, and the PMO to maintain a high standard of service excellence throughout the onboarding and change processes.
  • Engage with internal and external customers to understand business objectives and align them with appropriate products and services.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for ACH origination, wire transfer, ACH/check positive pay, remote deposit capture, mobile deposit, and bill pay services.
  • Troubleshoot operational errors and participate in resolution efforts.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding digital and treasury solutions, including product and file testing for large-scale customers or program managers.
  • Monitor transaction file ingestion and confirm processing according to policy and industry standards.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, reviews, and analysis opportunities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school degree or GED required.
  • College degree in business related field beneficial.
  • AAP Certification required.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ related experience required.
  • Experience in the financial industry required.
  • Q2 E-banking experience preferred.
  • Microsoft experience required.
  • Fiserv Premier (bank core), PEP+ and Payments Exchange experience beneficial.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Annual salary range DOQ: $42,108 - $60,154 - $78,200
