About the role
We are looking for a Real Time Analyst to join our team. As a Real Time Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing real-time data to identify trends and patterns, and providing insights that will drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the data and analytics are aligned with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze real-time data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques, and continuously improve the team's capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of data processing, statistical modeling, and visualization techniques
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in the financial services industry or with real-time data processing is a plus
