SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Proficient in SolidWorks, CREO, AutoCAD Passion for design and rapid iteration Experience with Automated Material Handling Systems, Automation & Robotics Semiconductor tool automation & wafer fab automation systems engineering a plus Create conceptual and detailed machine system designs conforming to customer's Specifications Draft quality and professionally detailed manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, Bills of Materials and Specifications of off the shelf components Provide techinical consultation to customers and internal junior staff as required Collaborate with individuals inside and outside the organization including customers Hands-on engineering with the proved ability to work well in a team environment Problem identification and troubleshoot a variety of difficult mechanical problems Strong experience in using GD&T, capable of perfoming detailed 2D or 3D tolerance analysis Comfortable with all phases of the product development lifecycle including implementation, debug, verification , qualification, and transfer of Information to manufacturing
