Associate Product Manager - Payments

Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining and executing the product roadmap for our payments products, ensuring they meet the needs of our merchants and help them grow their businesses. - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, to drive the development and launch of new features and improvements. - Analyzing user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement. - Defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure the success of our payments products and drive continuous improvement. - Effectively communicating the product vision, roadmap, and progress to both internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2-4 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on payments or financial services products. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - A passion for building user-centric products that drive business success. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
