We are an omni-channel, hybrid, food & grocery retailers which obsesses in providing deep value to middle India consumers. We will focus on building our network in East & North India for next few years, hoping to serve the "underserved" and hungry middle India consumer in these geo's. We deliver value thru' a ML based central pricing model which curates pricing for every catchment, double clicking for relevance in that catchment. Responsibilities
- Short list properties in correct locations within the catchments
- Understand the commercials suitable for retail business before shortlisting properties
- Understand the structural requirement before shortlisting properties
- Planning the amenities and space with the right density of merchandise, best suited for that catchment, along with controlling future opex.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of grocery / supermarket/hypermarket/delivery centres / property acquisition.
- Understanding of geography and travel for commercial real estate availability of towns like Durgapur, Assansol, Ranchi, Dhanbad as well as small towns like Giridih, Bokaro etc is necessary.
- The candidate should have strong negotiation skills and be locally networked with builders, property owners as well at trade intermediaries .
- The candidate should also be fluent in English and local languages
- The candidate will be required to travel extensively and skills of riding a two wheeler or four wheeler is necessary
- Strong negotiation and inter personal skills
- Well networked and connected with local property intermediaries and developers
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office , Google Sheets
- Knowledge of Google maps , Google Earth .
Qualification
- Minimum Graduate / BE/B Com / B sc
- Post Graduate (will be preferred)
