Our award-winning transformative programme opening pathways into games. The Game Programmer Apprenticeship was the first to be recognised by the UK Government Institute for Apprenticeships, and our Diversity Internship Programme gives under-represented groups opportunities to receive training and insights into a game dev career.

For 20 years we've been growing as a community of game developers and artists and now we're a family of 16 studios across UK, Europe, India and Canada. We all share the same values which means embracing and supporting differences in genuine ways that impact the lives of our people and communities. Our team works collaboratively across all our studios, and we aim to give you every opportunity to work on amazing games and develop your career at your own pace.
