Print Operator
Purchase, NY | Full-Time, M-F | $20-$22/hr
SumnerOne is hiring a Print Operator to join our onsite Print Shop team in Purchase, NY. In this role, you'll be the engine behind daily large and small format print operations — managing production, fulfillment, shipping, and receiving to keep the shop running efficiently and our customers' expectations exceeded. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Operate large format production printing equipment and support small format bindery and finishing
- Manage print projects from production through fulfillment, packaging, and shipment
- Receive and process incoming materials for print, fulfillment, and miscellaneous supplies
- Package and prepare outgoing printed and fulfillment items for shipment
- Process outgoing USPS mail and print materials through overnight couriers
- Maintain daily meter logs and service records for onsite production equipment
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting as part of daily operations
- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience in high-volume production printing required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business software applications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and customer service skills — you interact with internal stakeholders and represent the shop professionally
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring extended periods of movement, standing, and lifting
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Fluency in spoken and written English required to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs as a regular part of the role
NEW YORK PAY TRANSPARENCY NOTICE
In compliance with New York State pay transparency requirements, the compensation range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for SumnerOne's full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and profit-sharing opportunities.
