Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Summer Internship role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. Interns will engage in hands-on projects, contribute to venture development, and collaborate with mentors and peers in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include conducting market research, strategizing business plans, participating in creative brainstorming, and providing operational support for startup endeavors.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in business development and innovation
• Research skills with an ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively
• Effective communication skills, including writing, presenting, and collaborating in a team
• Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative approach to challenges
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Knowledge or experience in startup ecosystems, business strategy, or project management is advantageous
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred
