We’re Hiring: Manager – Summer Internship & Placement (SI & Placement)
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Manager – Summer Internship & Placement to strengthen industry partnerships, drive campus placements, and support student career success at BSSS IAS, Bhopal. This role involves developing partnerships with leading organisations, managing the complete placement lifecycle, and mentoring students.
The BSSS Institute of Advanced Studies (BSSS IAS), Bhopal, is one of the premier management institutions approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Education, Government of India, and affiliated with Barkatullah University, Bhopal.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners to secure summer internship projects (SIP) and final placements, targeting top hiring firms.
- Design and execute campus placement strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of virtual and in-person interviews, assessment tests, and onboarding.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in corporate relations, placement, or talent acquisition in a reputed management institution.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proficiency: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Office/Google Workspace.
