Role Description
This is a full-time remote Summer Internship role in the Human Resources department at Big Bulls. As an HR Intern, you will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee records, and supporting personnel management tasks. You will also contribute to the development and communication of employee benefits plans, ensuring compliance and enhancing the overall employee experience. Other responsibilities include collaborating with the HR team to improve workflows and participating in various HR-related projects.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Basic experience or interest in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, remote environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with HR tools or platforms is a plus
